For Quick Services, a refund will only be granted if our in-house lawyers are unable to provide the service due to our own failure. To request a refund, you must submit a request via email at contact@solvlegal.com. Upon receiving the request, an internal investigation will be conducted. If the company determines that the inability to provide the service was due to its own failure, a refund will be processed accordingly within 7 working days.
Once a payment has been received by the company, it is non-refundable, as it accounts for the time, effort, and resources invested by our team. This means that processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and resource expenses incurred for the completed work will be deducted. Additionally, payments made to government authorities, such as filing fees or taxes, as well as any amounts paid to third parties involved in processing the order, are strictly non-refundable.
