Our refund policy reflects our dedication to fairness, transparency, and customer welfare, ensuring that if our services do not meet your expectations, we have a clear and structured process to address your concerns. The refund policy varies based on the category of services, as outlined below:

Create a Document-

No refunds shall be issued once a template has been purchased.

Quick Services-

For Quick Services, a refund will only be granted if our in-house lawyers are unable to provide the service due to our own failure. To request a refund, you must submit a request via email at contact@solvlegal.com. Upon receiving the request, an internal investigation will be conducted. If the company determines that the inability to provide the service was due to its own failure, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Disclaimer- Once a payment has been received by the company, it is non-refundable, as it accounts for the time, effort, and resources invested by our team. This means that processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and resource expenses incurred for the completed work will be deducted. Additionally, payments made to government authorities, such as filing fees or taxes, as well as any amounts paid to third parties involved in processing the order, are strictly non-refundable.

Find a Lawyer-

For the "Find a Lawyer" service, if the lawyer you have chosen fails to perform the assigned task after payment has been made, you can email us at contact@solvlegal.com. After conducting an internal investigation, if we determine that the chosen lawyer has not performed the required service, we will make every effort to find an alternative lawyer who is well-qualified in the relevant area of law, and will offer this lawyer's services at the same fee you paid to the previous lawyer. If we are unable to find a suitable lawyer, your payment will be refunded.

Subscription Plans-

No refunds shall be issued once the subscription plan has been purchased.

Please note: -

The Refund Policy shall not apply in the following cases-

1. The outcome of a specific process or service cannot be guaranteed, as it is subject to the involvement of relevant Governing Authorities. This includes factors such as approvals, rejections, responses from government authorities, technical issues with government websites, or backlogs within government departments. These elements are beyond the SolvLegal and may result in unforeseen delays. As such, they are not eligible for a refund.
2. SolvLegal shall not be held liable for any breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or any default under the terms of service, nor for any interruption, delay, or cessation of performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (e.g., earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado), acts of God or public enemies, epidemics, famines, plagues, actions by courts or public authorities, changes in law, explosions, war, terrorism, armed conflicts, labor strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or similar occurrences, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each referred to as a "Force Majeure Event").
