He is a Partner at Neeraj Associates, an established and ISO-certified law firm, where he has been instrumental in building and leading the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. With deep expertise in banking, finance, automotive, and product liability matters, he has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients on high-stakes legal issues and regulatory challenges. 

Rishi has extensive experience in legal risk management and compliance advisory, helping organizations identify, assess, and mitigate legal exposure across transactions, operations, and regulatory frameworks. His work involves conducting legal audits, structuring risk mitigation strategies, and advising on complex disputes across jurisdictions.

He has been actively involved in managing and coordinating corporate and litigation teams across India, and regularly advises banks, financial institutions, and multinational companies on corporate, regulatory, and dispute-related matters.
